During the initial phase, Business Bible worked with Sevant to conduct a comprehensive discovery process to understand their business rollout strategy. Through this process, Business Bible clarified their technological requirements, mapped out an improved user experience, and developed a content strategy that aligned with their launch goals.
Then, Business Bible partnered with Servant and Brand Haven Imagery to revitalize their website, focusing on optimizing the user experience and driving engagement. Building on this foundation, the team leveraged the ABBA Framework to craft a comprehensive business plan. This structured approach not only established clear aims and strategies but also solidified the brand identity and set measurable goals.
With the plan in place, Servant then transformed these concepts into tangible designs through detailed wireframes and user flows. To ensure all stakeholders were aligned, a one-day in-person summit was convened. During this intensive session, key stakeholders united around the project's digital strategy, app development, content creation, and marketing plans. Finally, to broaden their reach, they cultivated a robust social media presence and optimized their website for search engines.
